Get a Globally-Recognised Certification The Easy Way
After your application is submitted, you’ll have a chance to speak with us, At which point if you choose to have a gap Audit we’ll schedule a time for you to discuss your goals with one of our talented auditors. At this point, you’ll be required to provide a small number of documents for review, after which we’ll provide a report highlighting any gaps that exist that require rectification prior to progressing to the next step. We’ll then conduct the required certification audit on-site at your facilities, ensuring that your processes meet the relevant standards. Should the lead auditor be satisfied that you’ve done so, you’ll be issued with your certification, alongside the relevant logos for use on your website and stationery.
Following this, you’ll be required to submit to a surveillance audit every six, nine or twelve months to maintain compliance, the report from which can be used to further improve your own processes. Should a non-conformity with the standard be discovered, you’ll be provided with a report as soon as possible, detailing the non-conformity and giving you adequate time to address it prior to proceeding with the certification process. We will always maintain close contact in the event of the discovery of a non-conformity, ensuring that you are fully aware of the scope of the problem and the solutions available to you.
